We offer an open homestay program that allows anyone to experience Hawaiian life.

トラブルが少ないシステム
Our smooth, efficient homestay system
・私どもはゲストとホストファミリーの双方が同意した場合のみ迎え入れの支度を開始します。
We only place participants with families once we are sure the living arrangement is amenable to both parties.
ですので、ホストファミリーはどのようなゲストが来るのか事前にわかるので、安心して迎え入れることが出来るのです。
This enables our host families to know what kind of visitor they'll be receiving ahead of time, so that they can make any necessary arrangements.

Hawaii-based coordinators
ホストファミリーとゲストとの間におきたトラブルをサポートスタッフと日本のスタッフが問題解決に協力いたします。
In the unlikely event of any problems, our coordinators located in both Hawaii and Japan will work together to quickly resolve any difficulties.
